  • What hours will I be able to schedule coaching sessions? +

    Your Wellness Coach has available hours that may vary from week to week. Sessions can be scheduled on weekdays from 7am to 7pm and Saturdays 11:00am to 4pm.
  • Will I have access to the internet only during coaching sessions? +

    When you sign up for the Coaching PLUS you can have 24/7 access. You can log on any time to see your fitness tracker, goals and other resources at your convenience.
  • How many sessions does it take to see a difference? +

    It depends on your goals. Some goals can take three months or more to see progress.
  • What happens after I achieve my goals? +

    It is up to you whether you want to add new goals or feel you need support throughout different stages of change. You are in control of your Wellness plan.
  • What if I if am unable to make the changes I want to? +

    Your coach will be there to help you problem solve. Sometimes changes can be easier or harder than you might expect.
  • What if I know I should change but I do not want to? +

    In some cases, you may not be ready or able to make certain changes at that time. Your coach will support whatever decision is right for you.
  • How is a Wellness Coach different from other health and fitness experts or other types of advisors or counselors? +

    A Wellness Coach’s training and role is to guide you on your path to wellness, while recognizing that you are the expert. They may recommend you seek outside expertise if you both agree it will be beneficial.
  • Where are coaching sessions held? +

    Coaching sessions are generally held by phone. This way you can access your Wellness Coaching sessions from your home, work, or community and even when traveling. Your personal Wellness Coach may be available to visit you onsite, depending on scheduling and accessibility.
